"THE SENSATIONALLY SUPER SANDY"

During the first annual Black Children's Book Week Jamiyl & Aja read "The Sensationally Super Sandy" to bring awareness to the sibling perspective of Autism! Aja does a wonderful job taking on the voice of the character she inspired. Siblings who are not on the spectrum can feel left out and unwanted. "Super Sandy" addresses these feelings and promotes understanding and empathy for people who appear to be different. Click on the image to watch the video.

"The Amazingly Awesome Amani" & "The Sensationally Super Sandy" are featured in the Black Children's Book Shoppable Virtual Museum of Black Representation!
